The Academy will not accept any registration unless it is accompanied by a 10% deposit of the total fees of the programme. This allows the candidates to formally register for the course. We will confirm either by telephone, email or fax reservations after receiving a booking form which is authorised for payment and accompanied by the 10% deposit. When we have accepted the booking you are liable for the relevant programme fee or cancellation charge.
Payment of the full course/programme fee is due 30 days before the end of the course, unless otherwise agreed. If the full payment is not received you may lose your deposit. Spaces are limited for each intake and we can only guarantee your place once we have received full payment for the course. If you withdraw from a confirmed booking you must pay a cancellation fee.
The percentage of programme or transfer price charged is based on the number of days (weekends included) before the programme is due to start:
We can issue invoices for advance payment on request. Cheques and payable orders should be made payable to ‘Mania Tech Education service Academy FZCO” and we will send you an invoice acknowledging payment within one week. Your place on the course will only be confirmed on receipt of cleared funds.
We reserve the right to alter prices from those published. We reserve the right to run modules at a different venue to the one specified, when necessary. If this is the case we will tell you as soon as possible and provide you with information about accommodation, travel directions and so on. We reserve the right to change the details of the modules without notice as we update our material with the latest management thinking. The changes would not be substantive or exceed 20% of content. We are not liable for any other loss incurred by you. We have the right to cancel the class programme before starting, in which case registration fees will be paid back. If anyone withdraws from the programme for any reason, a refund will not be given. Our delivery schedule for modules will be promulgated in advance. If a student cannot attend a scheduled training session we cannot guarantee attendance at a repeat module.
If you indicate on the booking form that you have any requirements due to a disability or any other reason, we will contact you at least six weeks before the programme starts to discuss your residential requirements and any other programme requirements. You can also contact the programme administrator.
We do not sell trade or rent your personal information to others. We will add your details to our database to process your booking and so that we can keep you up to date with relevant details of our services.
